Cyril Cervety is the Head of Corporate Finance and founder of TAG Partners.
Cyril began its career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Paris, where he worked on a wide range of projects for small, mid and large cap corporate and institutional investors.
In 2011 he joined Deloitte in Geneva, participating in the creation of the Transaction Services business line to support large local corporates based in the region.
In 2014 he joined Reyl Intesa San Paolo where he took part in the creation and development of the business line for the bank. His activity focused on merger & acquisition, debt advisory and club deals.
He has been involved in more than 100 transactions during his career, covering many sectors including hospitality, retail, consumer goods, packaging and industrials in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.
Cyril graduated from Paris Dauphine university (MSG Finance and Master 218, 2003)
